"Sawdust" dessert from the north: layers of sweetened whipped cream mixed with crushed Maria cookies. Simple but addictive.

- 1Heavy cream (500ml)
- 2Maria cookies (200g, crushed to fine crumbs)
- 3Sweetened condensed milk (200ml)
- 4Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Instructions
- 1Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- 2Fold in condensed milk and vanilla.
- 3Layer crushed Maria cookie crumbs with cream mixture in glasses or a dish.
- 4Repeat layers ending with crumbs on top.
- 5Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
