- 1500g thick strained Greek yogurt
- 22 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 33 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 42 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 52 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
- 630g walnuts, roughly chopped (optional)
- 7Salt and white pepper to taste
- 8Pinch of dried chilli flakes to garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the strained yogurt into a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- 2Add the minced garlic, fresh dill, and mint. Mix well to combine.
- 3Drizzle in the olive oil and stir until fully incorporated.
- 4Fold in the walnuts if using. Season with salt and white pepper.
- 5Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil, and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill and a pinch of chilli flakes.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld. Serve with warm flatbread or vegetable crudités.
